One vote per device, enforced with an irreversibly hashed device proof, changeable at any time but never duplicated. The verdict question is context-specific. A reason is required and the vote counts only after AI approves its relevance; AI never judges the opinion. The default view uses AI to summarise both sides and every original reason can be expanded. Voting does not require accepting the terms.
